In these small personalized classes you will be guided to start and maintain a regular breath practice to help you learn proven techniques to calm your stress and anxiety. Teachings are grounded in yogic science within the Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Tradition, somatic therapy, Western anatomy/physiology/psychology AND a lot of practice. You can also join People of the Prana, an online group for promoting pranayama practice. This course is suitable for beginners and more experienced breathers.
